Playbooks

15 playbooks. Open, no form.

Grouped by the six pillars of pipeline architecture: Market, Signal, Message, Motion, Mastery, Measurement. Some are full procedures. Some are the benchmark or the argument a procedure sits on. All of them open in the browser.
01 / The anatomy

What a playbook should contain.

Trigger 01 The signal or moment that starts the play.
Procedure 02 The steps, owners, and tools, written down.
QA 03 What a manager inspects before it ships.
Metric 04 The number that says the play worked.
02 / The library

Organized under the six pillars.

The playbooks are open research: free to read, run, and adapt. The one ask is that you cite Tenbound. New plays land with the weekly issue.

Where these came from

A decade of CIENCE sales development engagements.

Questions about the playbooks

What a playbook is, and what one has to contain.

What is a sales development playbook?

+

A playbook is the written version of how a specific part of the motion is run: who is targeted, what triggers the outreach, what is said, what happens on a reply, and what counts as done. It exists so the work does not live only in the head of whoever is best at it, which is what makes performance survive a departure.

What should a playbook contain?

+

A defined segment, the trigger that starts the play, the sequence and its timing, the message for that segment, the handling for the two or three objections it reliably produces, and the exit condition. A playbook without an exit condition is a list of activities.

Are the Tenbound playbooks free?

+

Yes, all of them, with no form and no fee. They are organised under the six pillars of the Tenbound Standard so a playbook can be traced back to the job it serves.
