The Tenbound Podcast Archive

What The Sales Development Podcast was, where the archive lives now, and six episodes worth starting with from nearly a decade of SDR leadership interviews.

The Tenbound podcast was The Sales Development Podcast: a weekly interview show hosted by Tenbound founder David Dulany, running from 2016 to 2025 and covering the strategies, people, processes, and technology behind pipeline creation in tech sales. The main feed alone carries more than 370 episodes on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, where the show later continued as The Sales Technology Podcast as its scope widened from the SDR role to the full go-to-market stack.

The episode pages that used to live at this URL have moved. The conversations that still hold up are being rebuilt as full research pages in the Tenbound library, updated with what we know now. This page is the index: what the show was, which episodes to start with, and where the weekly work continues.

What the show was

When the podcast launched, sales development barely had a literature. The show filled that gap one practitioner at a time: SDR managers explaining how they ran their floors, VPs describing comp plans and org design, founders of the sales tech tools that defined the era. Nearly a decade of episodes turned into a running oral history of the function, from the headcount-heavy playbooks of the late 2010s through the shift to signals, systems, and AI.

That history is why the archive still matters. The tactics aged; the patterns did not. Almost every episode is someone wrestling with the same questions the Pipeline Architecture Standard now formalizes: who exactly is the market, what triggers outreach, what counts as qualified, and who owns the handoff.

Start here: six episodes from the archive

Each of these lives on as a rebuilt research page that pairs the original conversation with a current operating guide.

The archive index

The show ran for years and the individual episode pages are no longer published. This is the record of what the archive held, ordered by the search demand each episode still carries, so the work and the guests stay findable even though the pages do not.

Where the work continues

The podcast era of Tenbound ended; the research did not. The archive lives on in the research library, and the weekly cadence the show established now runs through Programmable Revenue, Tenbound's weekly research report on how pipeline gets built in the AI era. Same mission as episode one: give the people who create pipeline the knowledge to do it well, and give it away.
