A revenue leader watching while the graph8 agent points out a single flagged point on a rising line carved into the wall.
For revenue leaders

Your pipeline, deals at risk and coaching list, kept current by agents.

graph8 shows pipeline by stage from the deals your reps work, flags deals at risk and stalled deals, and drafts the weekly review and the QBR notes. You still run the review, decide the coaching and own the number. The agents do the prep and the data entry. Your reps take the calls and the close. You pay for what the agents run, and every plan includes unlimited users.

Pipeline by stage

Deal reports built from the deals your reps work

Deal reports show won, lost and open deals by count and value, the win rate and the average deal size, by stage and by rep, with the trend over time. They change when a deal moves. Nobody pulls a spreadsheet or reconciles versions on Monday.

  • ✓ Open pipeline by stage, by count and by value
  • ✓ Win rate and average deal size, by rep
  • ✓ Team numbers on My Desk
  • ✓ Kept in graph8, next to the deals, not in a separate tool

The CRO Copilot

What the CRO Copilot prepares for your weekly review

The CRO Copilot is an agent that reads the deals, activity and signals in graph8. It flags deals at risk and stalled deals, drafts the weekly pipeline review and the QBR notes, and suggests who to coach. You review what it drafted and run the meeting.

Coverage and coaching

Coverage and coaching, next to the deals

The pipeline board shows each deal with its owner and flags deals stuck in a stage. The leaderboard ranks the team. Reports open on the view you need, and conversion by rep shows where to coach: in the example, Sarah's discovery to demo rate is below the team average.

  • ✓ Pipeline board with an owner on every deal and stuck stages flagged
  • ✓ Leaderboard that ranks the team
  • ✓ Reports that open on the view you need
  • ✓ Conversion by rep, so you can see where to coach
Deal to cash

Quote, signature, billing and commission on the deal record

When a deal is ready, an agent drafts the quote. The buyer signs it electronically, billing is set up, the deal moves to won, and the commission is logged. Agents do the paperwork. Your rep gets the signature and closes. Every step stays on the same record, so nobody re-keys the deal into a document tool or a billing system.

Who does what

What the agents do on a deal, and what your rep does

The agents do the prep, the drafts, the follow-ups and the data entry. Your reps take the calls and the close, with the context in front of them. You set which actions the agents take alone and which wait for approval: Autopilot, Approve or Off, for each decision type.

FAQ

Questions from revenue leaders

How are the pipeline numbers different from a spreadsheet?

Deal reports are built from the deals your reps work in graph8: won, lost and open deals by count and value, win rate and average deal size, by stage and by rep, and the trend over time. They change when a deal moves. Nobody exports a spreadsheet or reconciles versions on Monday.

What does the CRO Copilot do?

It flags deals at risk and stalled deals, drafts the weekly pipeline review and the QBR notes, and suggests who to coach. You review the drafts, change what you disagree with, and run the meeting.

Does this replace my CRM?

It does not have to. graph8 has its own CRM, with deals, stages and deal reports. If you already use HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Outreach or Salesloft, graph8 syncs both ways, so you can keep them.

How does pricing work for a whole revenue team?

You pay for what the agents run (execution credits), not per seat. The Team plan is $99 a month, or $79 a month billed annually, with 10,000 credits a month, and every plan includes unlimited users, so adding the whole team does not add to the bill. You can start on the Free plan with no card.

Do my reps still own the relationship?

Yes. The agents do the prep, the drafts, the follow-ups and the data entry. Your reps take the calls and the close. For each decision type you choose Autopilot, Approve or Off, and every AI action is logged.

Can I run this from my phone?

Yes. The graph8 Work app runs on the phone (iPhone and Android), on the web and on desktop (Mac and Windows). You can also message your Chief of Staff, your personal agent in graph8, from WhatsApp, Slack, Roam or iMessage. Ask what you would ask in a 1:1, such as which deals are at risk or which deals have stalled, and it answers with the next step drafted.

For the whole team

Always on
  • Unlimited users, no seat fees Invite everyone. Pricing never scales with headcount.
  • Sending infrastructure on paid plans Mailboxes, domains and phone lines at cost plus 30%, LinkedIn accounts at $10 a month, paid from your credits.
  • Built-in CDP and integrations Warehouse, 500+ connectors, two-way CRM sync included.
  • Monthly or annual Pay monthly and cancel anytime, or pay annually and save 20%.
  • Fair-use rate limits Limits apply on all plans. They guard against scraping, not real GTM work.

Credits pay for sending, calling, AI and enrichment. Monthly credits are used first, then starter credits.
