Define the record types your business tracks, such as projects, partners or territories, with typed attributes and links to other records. Your team creates, searches and updates those records in graph8. Your admins decide which objects and attributes exist and who can view, edit or archive records. Each record keeps a history of what changed and who changed it.

By signing up you agree to graph8's Terms and Privacy Policy.
You pay execution credits for what the agents run, not per seat.
An object is a record type. Its attributes are the typed fields each record holds. Records are the entries your team works with, and associations link records to each other. Teams that have used Attio will know the model. In graph8, these objects sit beside the built-in contacts, companies and deals.
Filter Partners where Tier equals Gold, then sort by Annual target.
Partner name names each record in lists and links, instead of its record ID.
Each feature works in the app. Where supported, your team can also use it through the MCP server or the CLI.
Create a record type for what your business tracks, such as projects, partners or territories. Give it a singular and plural label, a description, an icon and an API name. The API name is read-only after creation, so it stays stable.
Add fields of a set type: text, number, currency, date, timestamp, checkbox, select, status, email, phone, domain, location, person name, rating, a link to another record, or a link to a user.
Mark an attribute as required, unique or multi-value, set a default value, and list the options for a select or status field. A currency field carries its three-letter currency code.
Your team creates, edits, archives and restores records of each object. You choose which attribute names a record in lists and links, instead of its record ID.
Link a record to records of another object from the record itself, and remove the link when it no longer applies. A reference attribute points a field at a related object.
Search an object's records, filter on any attribute (contains, equals, greater than, less than, is empty and more), and sort by an attribute in either direction.
Each record keeps its value history with effective dates, and a list of changes by revision with who made each change and the value before and after.
Admins manage objects and attributes. Read, write and delete permissions decide who can view, edit or archive records. An edit made against an older revision is rejected, and the draft is kept.
Add text or number columns to contacts and companies, for all lists or one list. Filter, sort and export them, or fill them with enrichment. graph8 also discovers and syncs custom fields from each connected CRM.
