New
Find People enrichment (Major)
A new prospecting surface for finding contacts at target accounts without uploading a list. Enter a company name or domain, define filters (role, seniority, department), and graph8 returns matching contacts with enriched data.
On-demand AI draft (Major)
Click Draft Reply on any inbox thread and the AI generates a contextual reply draft. Drafts now persist across sessions, support manual editing before sending, and show generation status clearly.
CRM deal integration
Deals from connected CRMs now sync into graph8 with stage, value, and owner. Bidirectional sync is configurable per CRM.
Agents UI revamp
The agents management screen has been rebuilt. Agent cards show status, current call load, and quick-action buttons. Creating and editing agents uses a new step-by-step flow.
Performance view for lists
List detail pages now include a Performance tab showing engagement rates, delivery rates, and activity trends for contacts in that list.
Call logs
Inbound and outbound call history is now surfaced with separate tabs. Each entry shows the number, duration, outcome, recording link, and the originating sequence step.
SDR email attribution
Emails sent by SDRs are now attributed to the originating SDR in reporting, enabling team performance tracking at the individual level.

Studio settings
Knowledge base, persona defaults, and campaign-level email settings are now consolidated into a single settings drawer for faster configuration.
Webhook dry run
When testing a webhook step in the sequence builder, the response payload and status code are now displayed inline - making it easy to validate configurations before launch.
Voice and dialer improvements
Improved auto-redial stability, auto-mute behavior, ringtone playback for inbound calls, and sales coach call scoring reliability.
