What's New - May 16-22, 2026
Changelog

This week we shipped the Sales Manager Cockpit with a complete deal audit trail, a Universal Activity dashboard inside the inbox with AI thread summaries, and a redesigned quote send-and-sign flow that takes deals from proposal to signature without leaving the workspace.

New

Sales Manager Cockpit (Major)

Every deal now carries a complete audit trail of stage moves, owner changes, and amount edits, with bulk actions across the pipeline and configurable Deal Intelligence custom fields. Sales managers can review what changed, who changed it, and when, without leaving the deal.

Universal Activity in the inbox (Major)

A new Activity dashboard inside the inbox surfaces hot-scored queues, throughput metrics, and inline previews of every conversation. AI-generated thread summaries collapse long email chains into the headline takeaways, and Preview, Thread, and Contact tabs sit on every message.

Quote send-and-sign redesign (Major)

Quotes now ship a deal-first creation flow, billing-contact CC routing, rich-text notes, hand-drawn signature capture, and custom email recipients. Row-level Edit, manual Invoice actions, and reliable signed-copy delivery round out the end-to-end send-and-sign path.

Sales Reports v2 (Major)

A new Sales Reports surface adds cohort analytics with a custom date-range picker, progressive-disclosure filters, and a daily aggregator that rolls lead, meeting, and revenue events into rep-level reports.

SDR team floor leaderboards

The team floor adds per-role leaderboards with KPI tiles, a meetings-booked bar chart, and a recent-activity feed tuned for SDR, GTM, and CSM cohorts.

Studio Canvas onboarding wow moments

Studio Canvas generates onboarding wow moments for competitors, intent, and ICP fit on first launch. The canvas can now edit any studio document and render newsletters inline alongside campaign briefs.

Newsletter double opt-in

Newsletters now ship a confirmed double opt-in flow with short-link confirm URLs, intent-and-active subscriber toggles, and a redesigned Overview tab so list health is visible at a glance.

Entity merge: manual and bulk

Combine duplicate contacts or companies from a single redesigned dialog, or run bulk merges across lifecycle Revenue views with a flagged automation pipeline that the kill switch can pause at any time.

My Desk signal completion

My Desk now surfaces four new signal generators: no-reply follow-ups, intent spikes, champion changes, and enrichment wins, so reps always see the next move when they open the workspace.

Sequence and Nurture workflow nodes

Workflows can now add or remove a contact from a sequence or nurture campaign as a single node, with a picker that scopes to nurture-only runs.

MCP toolkit 0.8.0

The MCP server gains a 12-tool quote-to-cash surface, full-cycle campaign builder tools for context, editor, warmup, intel, and research, an always-on task CRUD suite, and a meetings widget with an internal-meeting toggle.

Meta audience sync wizard

Audience push to Meta Ads now supports the special-ad-categories compliance toggle, chunked uploads for large audiences, and a guided wizard for first-time setup.

Hiring signals on saved campaigns

Saved hiring-signal campaigns gain a Zap badge plus a sync-config panel so refreshes happen on a schedule without manual exports.

Improved

Lifecycle pagination and Move-Stage (Major)

Companies and Contacts lifecycle grids now use server-side pagination with debounced search, drop the 10k-row cap, and Move-Stage works correctly for Trials, Customers, and Churned cohorts. Inline owner picker and stage-change audit trail land alongside the pagination upgrade.
