What's New - May 23-29, 2026
Changelog

This week the first-launch onboarding moves from a static demo to a four-act narrative reveal with bridge handoffs and a real sequence draft, the MCP and SDK developer platform reaches feature parity with the app, and the marketing site ships dedicated pages for 22 sales and revenue roles.

New

First-launch onboarding flow (Major)

New orgs now move through a four-act narrative reveal that drip-streams a confirmed company snapshot, brand voice, hot contacts, competitors, a draft sequence, and pixel install, then offers a bridge picker so the next handoff happens in WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, or Roam. The wow flow replaces the static demo with a guided, content-rich first session.

MCP and SDK developer platform (Major)

The MCP server now reaches full feature parity with the in-app surface, gains a 12-tool quote-to-cash kit, a campaign builder suite, always-on tasks, and a plan-aware rate limiter. The SDK and CLI ship matching coverage alongside 13 new developer doc pages spanning pricing, pipelines, public endpoints, and host-specific setup guides.

22 role marketing and field guides (Major)

graph8.com now has a /roles tree with 22 individual pages tuned to SDR, sales manager, RevOps, CSM, finance, content, sales engineer, and 15 more, plus matching field guides in the help center with public-data screenshots. Every role page is wired into the new role-page-builder skill so future refreshes stay consistent.

Commission engine (Major)

Comp plans, monthly compute, rep earnings, and a finance console now run end-to-end. Sales managers configure per-rep, per-period payouts in Revenue settings, finance reviews the computed payouts in the new console, and reps see their earnings without leaving their workspace.

AI Pipeline Builder via Copilot

Copilot adds a dedicated pipeline builder mode that turns a conversational prompt into a full revenue pipeline with stages, gates, and SLAs ready to apply. The flow lands alongside a Deal Intelligence sidebar toggle and a tighter Deal Room company context.

iMessage bridge replatform

The iMessage copilot bridge moves to a hosted provider with typing indicators, reliable replies, and correct inbound sender routing. Reply sends that previously failed now land, and inbound iMessage now reaches copilot every time.

Unified Hiring and Social signals

Hiring signals and the social listener now live under one Signals area with a Talent Moves view on competitors, tweet engagement loops, a source-list registry, contact-level Social tabs, and a consolidated X API connection. Signals also gains its own megamenu entry with every submenu now alphabetized.

Dual-provider mailbox warmup

Mailboxes now warm up across two providers in parallel for resilience, with 1,717 historical accounts backfilled to the dual-provider model. A new warmup detection framework keeps tag and slug-set classification consistent across providers.

Improved

Sales Reports v2 completion (Major)

Phase 2 through 4 close out: agency cross-org scoping, a mashup-snapshot daily aggregator, an objection catalog, a grading section, stuck-deal SLA radar, cohort drill-down owner resolution, tz-aware trend bucketing, channel filters, section-aware export, a Tier filter, an ICP section reading enrichment data, and honest empty-state disclosures on data-gapped sections.

SDR marketplace pipeline sealed

The resume to AI to marketplace pipeline unblocks roughly 250 stuck profiles, ships inbox conversation management, anonymous talent cards, an activation flag for direct visibility backfill, and drops Wise-unsupported currencies from the bank details form.

Newsletter composer polish

The chat editor now keeps session memory across edits, auto-creates a draft on the first send from the New Issue surface, derives per-issue analytics from events to kill counter drift, and drops the Variables button and Brand Mode chip rows on the cleaner editor surface.

Voice and dialer reliability

The dialer adds a Book Meeting button with live availability slots in the call panel, personalized voicemail that pulls CRM activity and pronounces the company correctly, and cross-session DNC and wrong-number suppression. Voice backend scales out, the receptionist stops over-prompting on quiet lines, and Manual Dial returns for completed or paused reviewed sessions.

Tasks quick filters and subtasks

Tasks gain HubSpot-style quick filter tabs with URL-synced state, full-field subtasks with a record picker drawer, and a stable grid that holds its height through pagination. MCP exposes subtask args on g8_create_task and g8_update_task for headless workflows.

Quote send-and-sign polish

Quotes now ship a progressive billing intake, billing-contact signed-copy email routing, declined-status UI, fixed per-recipient sends, a draft preview that honors date terms, and clean signer contact resolution with stale recipient cleanup on resend.
