What's New - May 30 to Jun 5, 2026
Changelog

This week signup becomes instant via a warm pool that hands every new org a fully provisioned workspace in seconds, the Studio Content area adds a designed-image Ads creative studio, and the newsletter durable send pipeline ships with throttling, pause and resume, and per-subscriber live analytics.

New

Instant signup with warm pool provisioning (Major)

New signups now drop into a fully provisioned workspace in seconds. A background pool keeps fresh orgs ready in advance, signup claims one instantly, and the analytics, billing, and tracking layers spin up in parallel so the first session is live before the welcome page loads.

Day-one live onboarding rebuild (Major)

Onboarding pre-warms the Studio pipeline at sign-up, narrows ICP filters with an LLM pass, summarises the brief into person and company snapshots, and now survives transient errors without freezing the timeline. New users move from sign-up to running campaigns in a single session instead of waiting through a multi-day setup.

Ads creative studio in Content (Major)

A new Ads surface inside Studio Content turns a short brief into designed image creatives with on-brand layout guard rails, manages drafts and a gallery in grid or board view, shows live generating status while assets render, and links a finished creative directly into the campaign launcher.

Newsletter durable send pipeline (Major)

Newsletters now send through a throttled, rate-limited pipeline with pause and resume, webhook deduplication, bot-event guard rails, and a live per-subscriber analytics grid that shows status and timestamps as the campaign progresses. Subscribers also link to contacts with the central suppression list.

Workspaces overhaul across inbox channels (Major)

Workspaces now route messages across all four inbox channels with a per-workspace agent, a color identity, and a single-modal inbox-style editor. The All Activity view adds a workspace context band with metrics, sparklines, and unread badges, AI Inbox settings move into Studio Settings under a dedicated Inbox tab, and workspace admins (not just creators) can now edit routing and members.

Central suppression engine

A new suppression service is the single source of truth for opt-outs across sequencer, newsletter, and audiences. Sequencer enforces suppression at execution time (not just enrollment), newsletter subscribers link directly to contacts, and a new Contact Suppress Control replaces ad-hoc list creation.

Sequencer per-step models and one-click unsubscribe

Sequences now ship with org-wide one-click unsubscribe via the List-Unsubscribe header, per-step on-demand email model selection with cached generation and a credit guard, a unified engagement cell across nurture and sequencer lists, and the ability to swap the attached list on a draft sequence with automatic contact unlock.

Sales Coach per-motion objections

Sales Coach now grades meetings against a per-motion objection catalog with 27 seeded codes, exposes an Objections cohort filter, surfaces an ICP-docs completeness widget, and adds Excel export with workspace names in the report metadata.

Developer API and MCP parity expansion

The Developer API and MCP gain full-text search and analytics data-access tools, multi-org switching, batch field creation, a family-aware tool discovery search, and acting-org stamping on credit-consuming operations. Marketplace, Deals (with contact and owner associations), and Quotes (with billing identity) all reach full parity on the public surface.

Multi-bot webchat with audience routing

Webchat now supports multiple bots per org with separate Marketing and Support pools, per-bot routing, a curated agent pool, presence-check fallback so handoff never false-promises a human, threaded chat DMs with clickable inbox links in handoff alerts, and per-bot theme and config isolation.

Bridge approvals and per-platform formatting

Copilot bridge users can now approve pending tasks by replying YES or NO from WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, or Roam, see messages rendered with per-platform markdown, and receive enriched completion details when an agent finishes background work in their chat.

Free-data role pages and competitor landings

graph8.com adds /roles/builders for MCP-native builders, /vs/apollo as a competitor-replacement landing, /ai-gtm with role landing pages plus free session registration, a /platform/data-pipelines feature page, an agency-console partner deep-dive, and a day-one live reframe across role strips. Spanish mirrors, footer alignment, abstract AI-agent avatars, and self-hosted customer wordmarks ship alongside.

Improved

Quote-to-cash polish across the surface (Major)

Quotes gain list search, expiring-soon flags and filters, deep links, typed date and number column filters with friendly presets, a signed-PDF-only view, accent color picker, shared Legal section with inline upload, default-template line items, branded FROM identity (name, address, phone, email, logo), shareable links with a Link generated status, in-place edit of viewed quotes, and a Documents tab that bundles attachments into the signed PDF.

Lifecycle Revenue grids rebuilt for scale

Revenue Deals and Contacts grids now page over millions of rows server-side instead of materialising the full set, add credit-gated PII unlock on lifecycle contacts, restore correct “Does not contain” filter behaviour, index Suspects filtering, support one-shot multi-record entity merge, and return a clearer 402 message when an org has no active subscription.

Voice and dialer flow refinements

Outbound calls greet callers via a deterministic turn-1 line, cutting 1-3 seconds of dead air. Dialer enables Book Meeting between calls with an availability-aware calendar, surfaces the campaign call script in the active-call drawer, keeps disposition Update enabled for previously-dialed calls, retries transient database hiccups on the dial worker, and the on-demand email model picker exposes additional provider options.
